Sports Day 2023

What a FANTASTIC FRIDAY we had at our annual SPORTS DAY.

• We began the day with our daily Walk With A Smile. It was wonderful to see so many parents join us.
• Next up we had the whole school completing stations. These were set up by the ASC. They included a mixture of skills and games-basketball, soccer, racket ball, hockey and of course our fancy dress 'Day at the Beach' relay to name a few.
• The infants completed similar activities over on the lawn.
• These were followed by a whole school DANCE PARTY in the sun. It wasn't long before the children were doing the conga around the playground!.
• Next up we had refreshments in the form of JELLY & ICE-CREAM to cool us down.
• After lunch we had great fun during our Sports Day Quiz. Well done to the Drumlane team who topped the leader board.

Well done to all the children for participating in today's sports day. There was a wonderful atmosphere and energy in the school. The children set the tone with their kindness, enthusiasm and friendship. 😊
