Today all of the children took part in a skipathon. They competed against the rest of the children in their classroom to get as many skips in 30 seconds (junior room) and 1 minute (rest of the school) as they could. Skipping is an excellent way for children to increase their physical activity and improve their health. It can be a tricky skill to master but the children did fantastically and gave it their all with lots of giggles along the way! 🤩
