Well-being Week takes place from Monday 20th - Friday 24th February and the Amber School Flag Committee has kindly asked for the Active School Committee to organise Physical activities to promote the physical well-being of the pupils and staff. "Keeping active helps protect your physical and mental health. Physical activity will help you sleep, relax and feel better. Physical activity helps reduce stress and boosts your energy levels. It can also be a good way to meet people and get more involved in your community. They spoke about the ASC's plan for the rest of the school year and the goals we want to achieve.
